Terms of use

Last updated September 2026

By using DeepFinds you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What DeepFinds is

A recommendation service. We read product listings from stores across the web and suggest what to buy. We are not the seller: every purchase is a contract between you and the store you buy from, under their terms, their pricing and their returns policy.

What we can and can't promise

  • Prices, stock and delivery times come from store listings and can be out of date by the time you look. Check them at the store before you buy.
  • Recommendations are opinions generated from the data available to us. They are not professional advice — not medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
  • The catalogue is incomplete. A product not appearing does not mean it isn't a better option.
  • We can't promise the service is always available or error-free.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address; keep access to that inbox secure. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend an account that is being used to attack, scrape or disrupt the service.

Acceptable use

  • Don't scrape, mirror or resell the recommendations or the catalogue.
  • Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Don't upload images you don't have the right to upload.

Affiliate links

Some store links pay us a commission. It does not change what we recommend or what you pay. The full statement is on the affiliate disclosure page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DeepFinds is not liable for losses arising from a purchase you made after using it, from out-of-date product information, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and DeepFinds is operated by [legal entity name].
